This same thing happens in every country, in every language.
Imagine that.
Remember that your experience has not been learned by someone else yet. They probably need your knowledge to provide context for what they’re going through. Everyone feels overwhelmed and alone but they will survive this caregiving chapter of life better when they learn from you.
As caregivers we may or may not be fine going through this experience. We will however be doing a little bit better when we know we’re not alone and tell others they’re not alone either.
