This and some version of this is oh so common. A new admit to hospital after a fall, from relatively independent living to, “things are changing quickly for us all now!”

We find ourselves taking pictures of personal notes and sending them back n forth, but oftentimes when you need them most, they’re hard to find…”
I’m guessing you’ve heard this, seen this or lived some version of this too?
